Warren Hanks continues to partner with financial institutions such as Truist Bank for the construction of satellite locations as well as headquarters renovations. Recently, Warren Hanks completed a series of satellite location build outs for First Horizon Bank and a headquarters renovation for the international investment group, Rabobank. Warren Hanks has worked with Truist (formerly SunTrust) since 1997. We have completed more than 350 projects of varying size and complexity for Truist.
Warren Hanks has partnered with several major healthcare providers in the Southeast to custom-build Intensive Care Units, Oncology Units, Cancer Rehabilitation Centers, Inpatient/Outpatient clinics and more. Strict attention to job site cleanliness, communication with medical staff and a minimal construction footprint throughout the renovation process are just a few of the critical factors to a successful medical center renovation.
For the last several years, Warren Hanks has been involved in complete building renovation projects. These projects range in size from 5,900SF to 165,000SF; project costs have ranged from $953,000 to over $16M.
