Modernization of multiple floor tenant in an occupied Class “A” office building. Included Tenant space, Base building Corridor and Passenger Elevator lobbies. New ACT ceiling system together with extensive GWB soffits, DIRTT glass wall office fronts along with linear pendant lighting. Warren Hanks Construction and the subcontractor team worked thoroughly with SunTrust Bank, Warner Summers and Dewberry Capital to coordinate all project details and maintain the aggressive schedule.
