Adaptive Reuse/Public Administration Building

Comprehensive site, exterior and interior renovation to a former Bally’s Fitness Center not occupied for 30 years. Catastrophic failure of the roof structure and disrepair of site and lot saw the following: Infill of indoor pool, mold remediation, all-new MEP systems, all existing windows and doors

replaced as well as new ones in masonry openings.

The interior was renovated with new restrooms, offices, conference rooms, and open work areas. A demountable glass partition separates public area

from the private work area for the employees. The building required new sidewalks and accessible ramps; lot lighting was replaced; the site and lot was

resurfaced, restriped and professionally landscaped.
