Interior upgrades include all new plumbing, HVAC and electrical infrastructure. New Pharmacy mixing lab with specific MEP and clean-room requirements. New infusion area with heavy millwork, medical office finishes, new ceilings and lighting. Heavy structural steel reinforcement for new mechanical equipment support at roof,  steel support structure at existing CMU walls, at new window openings and interior door openings.

Exterior improvements include new entry doors (motion-sensor sliding doors) and windows. Completely new underground water service. New handicap entry ramp with railing. A metal canopy over entry area. New stucco exterior coating and paint. Parking lot repairs and striping.
