Overlooking Braves Truist Park, LGE Community Credit Union's new 60,000SF corporate headquarters has sweeping 360-degree views toward the north Georgia foothills, Stone Mountain and the Atlanta skyline. Through comprehensive preconstruction services, value engineering and design assist, we were able to work with the team to get the $5.3M budget down to the desired $3.7M revised budget.

Successfully completed during the spring-summer 2020 pandemic, this project features state-of-the-art open offices, convertible large training rooms, medium and small conferencing areas. A company lounge features 15 individual quiet rooms and private booths. The space is appointed with custom tile floors, intricate millwork and a gold feature wall in the executive suite.
