Full floor build out including 7 Conference Rooms, 31 Private Offices, 40 Seat Training Room, Large Open Break Room, Mothers Room, IT/Server Room with Dedicated HVAC, along with open office space and collaboration areas. Space combines a mix of ACT, GWB, and Open to Structure ceilings. Executive Conference Room overlooks Truist Park and The Battery. The rift cut white oak doors carried a 26 week lead time. We worked with Cobb County on a work around to CO the space on time with Temp Doors to meet the scheduled completion date and move them in on time. Specialty Lighting was submitted early in the process and order.
