Clifton Larson Allen

This project was a two phase, two-floor project with a communicating stairwell designed by BDH Architects. Phase I consisted of 12,823SF and Phase II was approximately 10,295SF. 

The project design consisted of drywall construction with ceiling and soffit accents. The office fronts were demountable glazing partitions. The finishes included carpet tile, wallcovering, custom graphics, custom millwork, wood slat wall & ceiling elements, and accent lighting. The project also boasted an open-plenum ceiling within the break and social areas.

Warren Hanks established a well-orchestrated system of protocol to mitigate challenges associated with the out-of-town locations of the owner, designer, and vendors. Weekly meetings included a detailed schedule review. Sub and vendor scopes were reviewed in conjunction with their schedule requirements to ensure timely arrival and installations.

The end product was a very sleek and progressive design, completed both on time and within the CLA budget.
