American Cancer Society's National headquarters. The three-floor project was designed to support local and national remote workers. Work included complete demo and buildout of new office space, including 34 new private offices, 92 Open Office work stations, 3 Breakrooms, 9 Huddle/Collaboration Rooms, Executive Boardroom, Corporate IT Operations Center, Print/Mailing Center, and 60 Seat Training Room. The 14th Floor also includes an Operational Studies department to further cancer research as well as a tissue storage facility. 

The design drivers required health-building guidelines, open spaces, and glass office fronts with over 90 percent of the space built to support transparency, team engagement, and culture building. 

Building a space to address the post covid return to the office along with the still-to-be-defined remote work requirement was essential. Future-proof design was mandatory to ensure the unknown and constantly changing office of the future.
